A: Absolutely! When used under the supervision of a dental professional, whitening is safe and will not harm your teeth or gums.

 
Q: Do you have to wear a mouth tray when whitening teeth?

A: Some systems do and some don’t. It’s best to discuss your expectations to ensure you are provided the solution that best fits your needs. While some whitening processes do not require the use of a mouth tray, you may be given one along with special whitening toothpaste for at-home touch-ups as you needed.
